15 Full and Part-Time Corporate Specialists (Across Canada)
You'll be working with our Call Centre Team and will be making a great career choice. We provide in-house training and continuous learning for our role as a Customer Service Agent. As part of our award-winning company and team you'll be responsible to perform all tasks of a travel agent when managing our clients calls. Your main role is to use your expertise and service our clients emergency requests with the best customer service levels possible.

    Qualifications - Ideal candidates will have:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre environment and/or minimum 3 years corporate travel sales experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient on Apollo/Amadeus, Gallileo and Sabre GDS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to figure out ADD CALLS, refunds and exchanges
  • Price pnr's with our without corporate discounts
  • Able to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to multi-task

2 Call Centre Supervisors (Ontario and Quebec)
The Call Centre Supervisors role is to manage and develop the call centre team with implementing processes, training and team building to run a call centre team at the highest performance level to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

    Qualifications - Ideal candidates will have:
  • All the Corporate Specialists qualifications PLUS
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in a call centre environment and/or minimum 5 years corporate travel sales environment
  • Ability to make quick decisions, multi-task and great problem solving skills
  • Knowledge required to assist front-line staff with any issue customer service or CRS related in all systems
  • Leadership skills to mentor staff
  • Ability to train, coach and provide staff with communications and feedback
  • Strong communication skills

Operations Specialist

A person who promotes and represents travel related companies and corporate organizations.

    Qualifications - Ideal candidates will have:
  • Full PML - Broadbased large agency skills
  • Top Level
  • Marketing, Legal and Finance experience
  • Strong background in corporate travel

Ticketing Agent
As a Ticketing Agent you will issue clients tickets through the various GDS systems. As a ticketer you will respond only to call centre agents and issue exchanges, refunds, corporate discounts and GST exempts for domestic and international travel.

    Qualifications - Ideal candidates will have:
  • Minimum 2 years experience issuing long haul tickets, snap codes, QREX, refunds and multi-airline itineraries ex-Canada/US
  • Able to work evenings and weekends with minimum supervision
  • Proficient on Apollo/Amadeus, Gallileo and Sabre GDS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Stong communication skills and able to multi-task
